Pocket Mein Aasman – The episode starts with Rani, a charming girl, dreams of becoming a doctor. She is willing to enroll in Ahmedabad medical college and seeks her father Niranjan’s permission, but he waits for the result. At the same time, Digvijay, a young energetic doctor, who has anger issues, is going to Ahmedabad for a heart transplant surgery through Green corridor. He is streamed on television for his heroic act. Rani goes there. Rani’s brother always criticises Rani and diverts his father’s mind. Niranjan fixes Rani’s marriage alliance to protect her from becoming like her mother.
On the road in the Green corridor, some boys break the rules, one of the boys collides with Digvijay, so he slaps him. All the other boys blocked the corridor. Rani takes the heart from the ambulance, but Digvijay stops her. He gets heart from her. Rani appears on TV. Digvijay’s family thinks she is stealing the heart from him.
After seeing Rani on TV, Mrs. Bhimani instructs Niranjan to control his daughter because she is going to marry in her family. Rani returns home, informs her father about her result and seeks permission to become a doctor, but her father declines and says she is going to get married soon. She tries to explain about her dream to her father, but her brother insists that Mr. Bhimani is investing in their business, making his father confirm the marriage and also informs her education will be decided by her future family.
Digvijay demands 10 lakhs for the surgery, but they give him only 5 lakhs, so he decides to go to a profitable hospital. His dad opposes it but he slams him for lecturing him. Rani shows Digvijay’s photo to her sister-in-law and tells that he is her role model. Rani receives her mother’s letter to pursue her dream. So she decides to pursue her dream no matter what.
Ishaan and Devyani are in a relationship. Digvijay and Rani support them. Digvijay’s family arranges a marriage for Ishaan and Devyani, but they restrict her from meeting Rani. Rani informs Digvijay about her wedding. Digvijay tells her that she can’t become a doctor if she gets married. So he asks her to choose between her career and marriage. Rani is determined to pursue her career. Mrs. Demani and family like Rani and fix the marriage. But Rani informs that she wants to pursue her career after her marriage. But the Demani family objects and calls off the wedding. Niranjan gets upset with Rani.
Now, wedding preparations for Ishaan and Devyani are going on. Rani is not allowed to come for the marriage, so she decides to come from there. Digvijay teases her whether is running away as a coward. Rani thinks if she goes, then she will be a coward. So, she decides to face it off and continues with marriage preparation. Rani disguises as a mehndi artist and comes to the event.

Digvijay recognizes Rani as a mehndi artist and asks her to do small designs rather than filling his hand. She leaves after completing. But her veil is removed and everyone recognizes her.
