Several matches of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL)’s 11th Season scheduled in Delhi will start in February 2025. Mumbai Heroes team owner Sohail Khan shared the same at a recent press conference held in Delhi. For the unversed, CCL Season 11 will start from 31 January 2025.
Renowned cricketer Yuvraj Singh joined the event to show his support and encouragement for the league. Apart from them, Manoj Tiwari of Bihar Dabang, actor and cricketer Ravi Kishan, and CCL founder Vishnu Indori were also present at the event.
Several notable players and actors from CCL, including Saqib Saleem, Sameer Kochar, Jordi Patel, Adil Jagmagia, Shyam Sundar, and Abbas Muni, were also present, thus adding a buzz of excitement about the league’s preparations.
In a light-hearted moment, Manoj Tiwari jokingly suggested to Sohail Khan that he should also recommend his brother Salman Khan to join the CCL this year. Sohail responded that since Salman is his brother and so he won’t lend him to another team. Manoj replied with a laugh saying it would be fine even if Salman played from Sohail’s team and he would send Ravi Kishan to bowl against Salman.
In such a fun exchange of talks, updates were given about the training sessions and preparations for CCL’s upcoming season. Players present at the event shared how they were determined to claim victory this year, thus making it one of the most promising and competitive leagues.
Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2025 Teams
For the unversed, the CCL combines the worlds of cinema and cricket, making it a unique league. The nation’s best actors take to the cricket field to claim victory. The league has eight teams, each one representing the regional film industry of India such as Telugu Warriors, Karnataka Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Mumbai Heroes, Bengal Tigers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs, C3 Kerala Strikers, and Punjab De Sher.
