In 2022, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma acquired an 8-acre plot in Alibaug for approximately INR 19 crore. The villa, which is now completed, spans 10,000 square feet and features luxurious amenities, including a temperature-controlled pool, a bespoke kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a sprawling garden, covered parking, staff quarters, and more.
Reports suggest that Virat Kohli invested an additional INR 10.5 crore to INR 13 crore in constructing the villa. The total value of the project, including land and construction, is now estimated at around INR 32 crore.
Stunning Interiors
The interiors of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s holiday home at Avās Living, Alibaug are designed by the renowned architectural firm Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects (SAOTA) led by Phillippe Fouche.

He shared details about the 12-month journey of creating the luxurious interiors and garden and explained why he chose this project.
According to reports, the interiors are adorned with Italian marble, pristine stones, and Turkish limestones, adding to the property’s grandeur.
