The Summer I Turned Pretty: Plot
Set mostly in the fictional Cousins Beach, ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ features Belly as one of the key characters. She frequently visits Cousins each summer, accompanied by her mom Laurel and brother Steven.
Laurel’s best friend Susannah and her sons Conrad and Jeremiah are also part of the group trips. Belly has been in love with Conrad from the time she could remember. But she also has feelings for the other brother, Jeremiah, as he was her first kiss.
The Summer I Turned Pretty S3: Release date
Summer 2025 is getting ready to see one last visit to Cousins Beach and the conclusion of the love triangle. Prime Video has just announced that ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Season 3 is premiering on the platform in July 2025.
Jenny Han, Sarah Kucserka, Karen Rosenfelt and Gabrielle Stanton serve as executive producers for the project. The author has also announced that she is making her directorial debut for one episode in the upcoming Season 3.
The third installment of the hit series is likely to be based on Han’s last book in the trilogy. The final season is expected to be packed in 11 episodes, compared to 7 episodes in the first season and 8 in the next.
