Moana and Maui are soon debuting in Disney+ very soon after skipping the originally planned for a direct OTT release and finally adding to the Media Conglomerate Platform on 12 March. The sequel of the highly and equally famous Disney Animation film was well received with the Musical Sea Adventure becoming the third highest grossing Animated movie of 2024, fourth from Disney.

With a cementing popularity especially among kids, Moana 2 took off after three years as Moana and Maui were voyaging with odd and quirky seafarers accompanying them. A delightful Musical made from a 150 Million USD budget acquired over 1 Billion USD in Worldwide Collection. Although the sequel doesn’t seem to be the last of its kind, the Auliʻi Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson superhit with demigod sized expectations served the purpose, ultimately earning gold for the makers.
With some of the best or reaping and reimbursing movie sequels like Moana 2, Inside Out 2 and the Marvel Superhero Action Comedy drama Deadpool and Wolverine, the studio has achieved Box Office greatness that will undoubtedly continue this year too.
