Love Is Blind Season 8 premiered with a bang on February 14, 2025—a perfect date, coinciding with all things love. As per the format, we saw single men and women sharing every bit of their life journeys within the pods. Certain individuals stirred the “pods” with their indecisiveness and involvement in multiple love triangles.
Everyone was rooting for Alex and Madison. While she seemed very into him, she was also exploring a connection with Mason. Mason, on the other hand, was head over heels for Madison but was simultaneously stringing along Megan, who would have done anything to be with him. However, none of these singles saw the light at the end of the tunnel—Alex ultimately said goodbye to Madison, while Mason rejected Megan. Meanwhile, Dave and Lauren broke off their engagement because he just couldn’t get over his fiancée’s previous ‘situationship.’
Oh, the drama—we love it! But some couples managed to overcome this rollercoaster ride and get engaged. While some are going strong, others are filling us with doubts. Who will say yes, and who will part ways forever? Here’s our detailed take on each couple.
Monica and Joey
Initially, in the pods, this couple seemed rock solid. They would joke around, laugh incessantly, and share emotional stories about their upbringing and values. However, fans began to notice a significant lack of chemistry between them—and we agree!

Monica and Joey seem more like best friends than a romantic couple. They lack intimacy, an issue Monica herself brought up in the latest episode of Love Is Blind Season 8. While comparing their relationship to other couples, she expressed her desire for more physical affection and reassurance from Joey. Later, in her one-on-one interview with the camera crew, she revealed that Joey doesn’t seem particularly affirming of his love for her. She stated that while she’s fully ready to marry Joey, she isn’t sure if he feels the same way. Ouch!
We think Joey is definitely going to say no to Monica. It seems like he’s subtly friend-zoning her to prepare her for the worst outcome. We just want to repeat the famous movie title and tell Monica—He’s Just Not That Into You! But hey, we hope we’re proven wrong.
Daniel and Taylor
We were rooting for this couple from the very beginning and are thrilled to see them still going strong! An early hiccup in their relationship made us question whether they would make it. Taylor suspected that Andrew had proposed to her only because he knew what she looked like beforehand—he had sent her a friend request on Instagram earlier, only to retract it later. However, the air has since been cleared, and Andrew swears he didn’t remember what she looked like and fell for her heart instead.
Well, we believe him, because they truly seem madly in love!
The two appear to be falling more in love with each passing day, and we are here for it! We definitely think they will say yes and embark on a beautiful journey together.
Sara and Ben
They started off strong, giving the world serious couple goals. Both Ben and Sara are strong-willed individuals with polar opposite views on religion—Ben is deeply devoted to his faith, while Sara is staunchly against religious institutions. Initially, they discussed this at length and found a way to respect each other’s beliefs.
However, their differences are now starting to take a toll. Sara can’t seem to let go of her anti-church stance and has mentally exhausted Ben by bringing up the same discussions repeatedly. While Ben is holding onto his patience, the real question is—for how long?
Even so, Ben seems deeply in love and is ready to start this new chapter with his lady love, all guns blazing! But we feel that Sara’s rigid stance on religion may ultimately get the better of her, leading her to say no.
Devin and Virginia
Devin and Virginia are a shining example of partners overcoming hurdles to meet each other halfway. When Virginia brought up the idea of a prenup, Devin was initially uncomfortable but eventually came around and signed the papers. Virginia, on the other hand, expressed her political views supporting abortion rights but did not look down upon Devin’s differing stance, respecting his outlook instead.
They both seem committed to making their relationship work, and we believe they will take the next step and officially become husband and wife!
