K-Pop fans cannot keep calm as BTS member J-Hope has announced dates for his debut solo tour. He just returned from the military and is ready to step into the solo spotlight. The global tour starts at the end of February 2025.
J-Hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ spans major cities across South Korea, the US, Mexico, The Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong. It kicks off at Seoul’s KSPO Dome, marking J-Hope’s first standalone concert in his home country.
Through the tour, the prolific singer-dancer-producer is going to further solidify his status as a pioneering force in his group and K-Pop at large. Out of respect for the large-scale California fires, BTS is going to announce more details on the US tour later.
J-Hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’: Back into the limelight
It is going to be J-Hope’s debut solo tour. But the BTS member is no stranger to commanding large audiences. In 2022, he became the first South Korean artist to headline a major US music gathering at Lollapalooza.
His solo material features his acclaimed 2022 solo album ‘Jack in the Box’ (peaked at Number 6 on the Billboard 200) and stunning collaborations like ‘On the Street’ accompanied by J. Cole and ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ featuring Becky G.
J-Hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ comes shortly after the BTS member completed his 18-month mandatory military days. Upon his discharge in October 2024, he did not attend a lot of fan meetings and other engagements, choosing to keep a minor profile.
