DreamWorks’ upcoming animated movie ‘Dog Man’ treads closer to the release date as the makers have announced that the track ‘Supa Good’ by Yung Gravy ft. James Brown will be released on January 24. The animated movie has been on the floors for over a year with several famous celebrities and actors lending their voices for the characters in the movie. The movie is set for release in the United States on January 31 after premiering at the Festival de l’Alpe d’Huez, France on January 15, 2025.
The Children’s graphic Novel book ‘Dog Man’ created by Dav Pilkey is the story of a human cop, Officer Knight and his dog Greg, who are sewn together to become a superhero Dog Man. The story is a spin off series from an yet another famous novel series Captain Underpants and has nearly 12 releases as of December 2024. The track ‘Supa Good’ is sung by American Rapper Yung Gravy and features the late singer and dancer James Brown. The interesting aspect of the upcoming song is that Yung Gravy samples the 1964 James Brown song ‘I Feel Good’ and uses the vocals too for a rap version of the classic song, now titled ‘Supa Good’ to match with the ‘Dog Man’ sequences.
