Superboys of Malegaon is a Hindi movie directed by Reema Kagti. The film brings to us the journey of Nasir Shaikh and a group of passionate amateur filmmakers from Malegaon in India. You will be surprised to note that the film is inspired by the 2008 documentary Supermen of Malegaon. Interestingly, the film tries to cover the filmmakers’ determination to create movies despite limited resources. The film Superboys of Malegaon already had its grand premiere in the Gala section of the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival on 13 September 2024 and is set to hit theatres on 28 February 2025 all over India.
