‘Kannappa’ is a mythological drama movie for which the story & screenplay has been written by the pre-eminent actor of Tollywood Vishnu Manchu who also plays the titular role. This is based on the story of the fervent devotee of Lord Shiva, whose name is Kannappa. He is known for his unwavering faith and sacrifice which earned him the divine grace. And this movie is expected to delve deep into the world of his who from being a humble hunter turns into a venerated saint. His character highlights balance of pure devotion and prowess. Today, the second teaser of this movie is unveiled in five different languages.

The teaser runs one minute and twenty five seconds, featuring the titular role Thinnadu and his people are at the stake of a horrible war that could disrupt their sustenance. Thinnadu questions the moral of God that ‘It is not a God when it consumes the life of his/her devotee’. The teaser further discloses pivotal characters such as Akshay Kumar as Lord Shiva and Kajal Agarwal as Goddess Parvati, Mohanlal as Kirata and Prabhas as Rudra. All of a whole the movie is shot against grandiose sets and picturesque landscapes which impress and enhance the aura of the story.
