Taking to his official Instagram handle, ‘Pardes’ filmmaker Ghai posted an old picture of global icon Priyanka Chopra from the hit film Aitraz. Priyanka Chopra’s deadly and menacing expressions at the camera lens while dressed in a stunning white ensemble attire only add more intrigue and mystery to the picture.
Praising Priyanka Chopra for giving one of the most impressive and remarkable performances as an ambitious career woman in the film, Subhash Ghai has penned a strong caption. It reads, “BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL PRIYANKA CHOPRA DARED N DID IT. That’s why cine lovers can not forget her performance even after 20 years today in #AITRAZ – produced my Mukta arts.”
Furthermore, spilling more beans about Priyanka’s initial inhibitions to do this character and then her perfection to nail it completely, Ghai shares, “When she was too apprehensive to do this role of an ardent ambitious woman but did it with full confidence.”
Finally, giving all film aficionados the most awaited confirmation on the sequel of the film Aitraz which originally starred Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, the late Amrish Puri, and Kareena Kapoor Khan in leading roles, Ghai shared the exciting update.
